Why have I not received my password reset/email verification email yet?

If you have requested a password reset email, or are expecting an email verification email form Helix and have not received it yet, here are some steps you can take to ensure you receive the email.

Password Reset Email

1.) Check your spam folder to ensure that the email was not sent to spam.

2.) If the email is not in your spam folder, your email may have blocked contact from the email address and email service we use to send the emails. Please try adding the email address, accounts@helix.com to your “safe senders list” or list of approved emails. By editing your spam settings to allow emails from Helix, you will keep your email service from blocking Helix emails.

3.) If you registered with a work or .edu email and you do not have the administrative capabilities to make the changes noted above, we recommend contacting your network administrator or email service provider for assistance.

4.) Lastly, once the above steps have been taken, retry the password reset process from the beginning. Please ensure that you enter the email address correctly when requesting the password reset email as our site will not notify you if the email address entered is not associated with an account.

 

Email Verification Email

1.) Check your spam folder to ensure that the email was not sent to spam.

2.) If the email is not in your spam folder, your email may have blocked contact from the email address and email service we use to send the emails. Please try adding the email address, accounts@helix.com to your “safe senders list” or list of approved emails. By editing your spam settings to allow emails from Helix, you will keep your email service from blocking Helix emails.

3.) If you are registering with a work or .edu email and you do not have the administrative capabilities to make the changes noted above, we recommend registering with your personal email address instead.

4.) Lastly, once the above steps have been taken, you can resend the verification email by going to https://www.helix.com. Once there, click on get started, then, sign in with your email address and password. This will prompt our system to send out a new Verification Email.
