My Verification email is not responding, how can I verify my email?
Once you have received an email from Helix asking you to verify your email, please follow these instructions to resolve the browser compatibility issue:
First, open the Verify Your Email message from Helix. And find the blue Verify Email button, in the body of the email, and click on it.
If the button does not respond, or you receive a message indicating it did not work your default browser may not be compatible with the Helix website, or your email service may have limited your ability to open the link using the button.
To resume registering using the browser you started the registration on, please “Copy & Paste” the web link located beneath the verify email button.
**On a Mac, once you’ve highlighted the link, you will press the [control] button and then click to pull up the menu with the option to copy**
Once that link is copied, open up another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. Once you do, paste the link into the address bar and then hit the [enter] key. This will verify the email, and allow you to continue with registering your kit.
If you have completely lost the verification email, you will need to start the registration process over again in order to obtain a new verification email. Please click on the following link:
