My results say that the test was not performed (TNP), why is that?
A TNP result indicates that that Helix is not able to complete testing of the participant's DNA sample.
A TNP result indicates that that Helix is not able to complete testing of the participant's DNA sample. If a participant receives a TNP result, they will also find instructions in their chart about how to schedule a new visit for an additional specimen collection (including a scheduling phone number).
