My kit ID is not working, what can I do?
Helix utilizes a unique, 10-digit, kit ID matching the following format, XXX-XXXX-###, with X indicating a letter and # indicating a number.
If your kit ID is not working during registration on Helix.com, first, please ensure the Kit ID matches the format above.
If your kit ID matches the format above, we recommend trying these steps,
1.) Restart your web browser; often times, this simple action can promptly fix the issue.
2.) If restarting your browser did not work, we recommend updating your browser to the latest version or trying a different browser. (The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari should work fine)
