Where Can I Find The Kit ID? 

Helix utilizes a unique kit ID matching the following format, XXX-XXXX-###, with an X indicating a letter and a # indicating a number.

Your Helix DNA kit ID can be found in the following locations: 

1. On the back of the plastic casing that holds your collection tube

2. On the collection tube itself.
 

 

 

 

Do I Need My Kit ID?

All kits must be registered in order to be processed. You will need your kit ID in order to register your kit online and create a Helix Account.
