If you would like to switch the Helix account that you are currently logged into to check on the status of another sample or to register another account, you can do so simply by clicking on "Profile" In the upper right hand side of the page at Helix.com.
Once you've clicked profile, a drop down menu will appear and then select "Sign Out" (pictured below).
* If you are encountering an issue with switching accounts, try returning to Helix.com and clicking on "Profile" or "Sign in" in the upper right, then sign out of your account using the instructions above.
