How do I make sure I've successfully registered my DNA collection kit?
Simply sign in to the Helix account you used to register your kit. If you see a product listed in the “Products & information use” section of the page, your kit has been successfully registered to your account.
Once registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming that you have successfully registered you Helix DNA Kit. Alternatively, you may sign into the Helix account you used to register your kit.
