How do I check the status of my sample in the sequencing process?

To check the status of your sample, log in to your Helix account at https://store.helix.com/account/signin

Once you're logged in, you'll see the status of your kit located in the "Sequencing progress" section of your account. If your sample is still being processed, you'll be able to see which stage of the process your sample is in, using the Sequencing progress tracker depicted below.

If your sequencing has been completed, you will be presented with a message indicating your sequencing is complete. To access your results, please refer to the Accessing Results section in our FAQ
