Where do I find my Kit ID?

Helix uses a unique, 10-digit Kit ID in the format XXX-XXXX-### (X = letter, # = number).

You can find your Kit ID in these places: 

1. In the Welcome email you received from Helix.
2. On the back of the plastic casing that holds your collection tube.
3. On the collection tube itself.

If you received an at-home sample collection kit, your Kit ID is required to create your Helix account. If you are unable to locate it, please contact Customer Support for help. You can reach us via this form or by calling (844) 211-2070. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific.
