When will I receive my results?

The time it takes to receive your results may vary. From when your sample reaches the Helix lab, it will typically take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your ancestry and traits results. Your health results may be ready within the same timeframe, though it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. If you provided your sample more than 6 weeks ago and have not yet received your results, please contact Customer Support for help. You can reach us via this form or by calling (844) 211-2070.
