Why Can't I Download or View My Consent?

You may have pop-blockers enabled

Instructions on how to enable popup notifications on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari Browsers:

Google Chrome
For a Specific Site (Quick Method):
  1. Go to the website where pop-ups are blocked.
  2. Click the Lock icon (🔒) or Info icon (i) in the address bar.
  3. Find the setting for "Pop-ups and redirects" and change it to "Always allow on this site". 
For All Sites (Settings Menu):
  1. Click the three dots (⋮) > Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy and security > Site Settings.
  3. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Under "Default behavior," choose "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects" or add exceptions. 
 
Microsoft Edge
For a Specific Site (Quick Method):
  1. On the site, click the Lock icon (🔒) in the address bar.
  2. Select Permissions for this site and toggle Pop-ups and redirects to Allow. 
For All Sites (Settings Menu):
  1. Click the three dots (...) > Settings.
  2. Go to Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
  3. Ensure the "Block (recommended)" toggle is off, or add sites to the "Allow" list. 
 
Safari (macOS)
  1. From the Safari menu, choose Settings (or Preferences).
  2. Click the Websites tab.
  3. Select Pop-up Windows from the left-hand menu.
  4. Use the dropdown menu next to each website (or the default setting) to select Allow, or choose Block and Notify to manage exceptions.
