How do I log into my Helix account?

You can log into your Helix account in one of two ways, depending on how you created your account. For more information, please refer to this help article.

To log into your Helix account with your online health account (such as MyChart):

1. Go to https://registration.helix.com/login. Alternatively, visit www.helix.com, click “Login” in the top right corner, and select Participant login. 
2. Click ‘Use Your Online Health Account’.
3. Select your health system from the dropdown list, click "Continue," and verify that the displayed logo is correct.
4. Click "Continue to Sign In" to be redirected to your health account's login page. If you've forgotten your username or password, follow the instructions on that page to retrieve your information.
5. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your Helix Account dashboard.

To log into your Helix account with your email and password:

1. Go to https://registration.helix.com/login. Alternatively, visit www.helix.com, click “Login” in the top right corner, and select Participant login. 
2. Enter your email and password and press ‘Continue’.
3. Select a method for receiving an authentication code and click ‘Send Code’.
4. Enter the 6-digit code and press ‘Submit Code’.
5. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your Helix Account dashboard.

Note: If you purchased a Helix DNA kit before 2019 and are looking to access your Helix account, please login using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, refer to this article on how to reset it.
