# Can I get a copy of my results?

You can view your results by signing in to your Helix Account. Options for downloading, printing, or saving your results depend on the type of results you have.

Helix Health Results

If you have Helix Health results, you can download a copy of your report:

1\. Sign in to your [Helix Account](https://registration.helix.com/login?_gl=1*6y22mt*_gcl_au*ODA4ODg0MTEzLjE3ODU3Nzk2MTM.*_ga*OTI2MTk3Mzc4LjE3NTc2MjEwNjA.*_ga_SMN523K7XT*czE3OTMyODE0MTIkbzEzNiRnMSR0MTc5MzI4MTQxNCRqNTgkbDAkaDA.).  
2\. Select View Results next to the Helix Health tile.  
3\. Select View Results Now, then Learn More.  
4\. Select Download Lab Report or Download This Report, depending on the report you wish to save.

Helix Ancestry & Traits Results

Helix Ancestry & Traits results are available to view in your Helix Account. There is currently no direct download option for these results.

You can print or save a copy as a PDF using your browser:

1\. Sign in to your Helix Account.  
2\. Select View Results next to the Helix Ancestry & Traits tile.  
3\. Open the specific result or insight you wish to save.  
4\. Use your browser's Print option.  
5\. Select your printer to print a copy, or choose Save as PDF to save it to your device.

Can I receive my results by mail?

Printed copies of results are not available by mail. You can use the options above to download, print, or save your results.
