Helix will keep you updated via email with the progress of your DNA sample as we are processing it. You can also log in to your Helix account and view the status of your sample posted in your account.
Typically, you will receive an email letting you know your sample has arrived and another message once your sequencing is complete.
If there are any issues that prevent us from sequencing your DNA, you will also be notified via email. This email will notify you that there is an issue and it will request the best mailing address to send you a replacement kit. Helix will only ship to addresses within the United States.
Once your completed sequence data is analyzed, you will be notified via email that your results are available to be viewed online.
