What to expect after you order
If you have already had your DNA sequenced through Helix, your data will be sent to EverlyWell for interpretation. However, depending on the product you choose you may still need to provide a small blood sample or a sample of your breast milk. Once your results are ready, the partner providing the service will email you notifying you that your results are ready. You will then be able to log in and review your results.
If you have not already been sequenced by Helix you’ll receive your DNA kit in the mail.
Once you have the kit you will need to register it here. Once you’ve registered, you can provide your sample and send it back to Helix. Testing usually takes about 6-10 weeks.
When your results are ready, you will receive notice from EverlyWell and you will then be able to log in and view results.
